Fitness Fashioness offers an exclusive membership that includes free worldwide shipping, easy returns, up to 30% OFF the entire website + priority customer service. ALL VIP Membership benefits expire the same day your membership is cancelled or expires. Memberships are non-refundable, no exceptions. Memberships are easy to cancel through profile settings once logged in.

How much is the VIP Membership?

Our VIP Membership starts at just $10 per month and goes up to $30 per month. 

 

 

I want to cancel my VIP Membership, how do I cancel?

Cancelling your membership is quick and easy. Customers may cancel their VIP Membership at any time through their account under the "VIP Membership" section. You will still have access to your membership until it expires. We do not offer refunds for our membership services since the perks are already activated in your account and it is extremely easy to cancel at your convenience.

  

 

How long does the 10%, 20%, or 30% OFF discount code last?

Your VIP discount code has an unlimited use rate for as long as you are a member. 

 

 

Will the VIP discount codes be automatically applied at checkout? 

Yes. In the case it is not automatically applied, you may apply them manually (VIP10, VIP20, VIP30, SHIPVIP). 

  

 

Does the VIP discount code apply during sales? 

Yes, however, at HALF the usual discount rate. If you are a VIP10 member, your discount will take an additional 5% OFF sale items. If you are a VIP20 member, your discount will take an additional 10% OFF sale items. If you are a VIP30 member, your discount will take an additional 15% OFF sale items. 

  

 

Can I exchange an item for another more expensive item?

We no longer provide this as an option. Instead, we will issue store credit to you account once we receive your items. You will be able to purchase any new item with that store credit at your convenience. 

 

 

What happens if I return my items for an exchange but the items I want to exchange for have sold out?

Once we receive the items you want to exchange, we immediately create your new order with items that are available at your request and ship out the new items to you for free. If the items you requested are unavailable, we will issue store credit so you may quickly repurchase items at your convenience. No refunds will be given on exchange requests or exchanged orders.

 

 

I purchased items that were on sale, can I return or exchange them?

Yes. Items on sale may be returned for a size exchange or store credit. No item swaps or refunds will be accepted for items on sale.
