Premium Club Membership Policy
Fitness Fashioness offers a high-end membership that includes free shipping, free returns, monthly sales, free repairs on all items for up to 12 months and more exclusive services. Unlimited fast free shipping and returns and exchanges are exclusive to Premium Club Members (U.S. only). We offer monthly sales exclusive to Premium Club Members; each sale lasts for up to a month before the next sale begins. Every sale will include different items from the previous sale. Our 12-month warranty for Premium Club Members offers free repairs on all items. Warranty on products expire after 12 months from purchase, or on the same day your Premium Club Membership is cancelled or expires. ALL Premium Club Membership benefits expire the same day your membership is cancelled or expires. Memberships are non-refundable, no exceptions. Memberships are easy to cancel through profile settings once logged in.
How much is the Premium Club Membership?
Our Premium Club Membership starts at $39 per month or $25 per month with an annual plan.
I want to cancel my Premium Membership, how do I cancel?
Cancelling your membership is quick and easy. Customers may cancel their Premium Membership at any time through their account under the "Premium Club Membership" section. You will still have access to your membership until it expires. We do not offer refunds for our membership services since the perks are already activated in your account and it is extremely easy to cancel at your convenience.
If I cancel my membership, do I still get the 12-month warranty on my leggings and other items?
ALL Premium Club Membership benefits expire the same day your membership is cancelled or expires, including any remaining warranty. Warranties will not reactivate for any item prior to reactivating your membership. Our 12-month Premium Club warranty will apply to new items/orders after becoming a member again.
How long does every Premium Club sale last?
Each sale lasts for up to a month before the next sale begins. $9 items are only available for the first two days of the sale. Other items remain on sale for up to a month.
Will the discount for sale items be automatically applied at checkout?
Upon checkout, you will see the discount code displayed for the sale items. Once the discount is applied, the sale prices will reflect in your order summary. Additionally, all discounts codes for Premium Club Members will be sent via the confirmation email once becoming a member.
When do my reward points expire?
Customers have 6 months to use their earned reward points before they expire.
What if I use my points for an order, but then I decide to return/cancel the order, do I get my points back?
Items purchased using points are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
Can I exchange an item for another more expensive item?
We no longer provide this as an option. Instead, we will issue store credit to you account once we receive your items. You will be able to purchase any new item with that store credit at your convenience.
What happens if I return my items for an exchange but the items I want to exchange for have sold out?
Once we receive the items you want to exchange, we immediately create your new order with items that are available at your request and ship out the new items to you for free. If the items you requested are unavailable, we will issue store credit so you may quickly repurchase items at your convenience. No refunds will be given on exchange requests or exchanged orders.
I purchased items that were on sale, can I return or exchange them?
Yes. Items on sale may be returned for a size exchange or store credit. No item swaps or refunds will be accepted for items on sale.
