This is tall-girl friendly. The pockets are large enough to fit an iPhone ( I haven't tried an iPhone Plus). It's sweatproof and squat-proof. The only thing I hate is that the top of the pants rolls down.

Love this set!! The skirt fit me perfectly and I'm 5'7". The top is compressive and has a slimming effect. It also has removable padding!

I almost always wear XS gym shorts and some Small so I decided to order the 3.5"short in XS. When it arrived, it looked and was too small. Therefore I sized up. Love the fabric and how the shorts fit me, very flattering and functional pockets!
