I never ordered from this company before and I understood that its a compression shirt so i sized up from my normal M/L and got an XL just in case but the shirt was still way too tight.

I couldn't keep my thumbs in the thumb loop bc the sleeves were too short. A little snug I would size up.

I’m 5’10/190lb and a Large fits good enough. The pads wont stay in place, but it can be resolved with a few stitches or a safety pin. Would size up to avoid anything slipping out while raising the arms during a workout though.
